We have worked with Newtech Build for a number of years and more recently assisted with the construction of 3 fantastic new homes. It took a total of 6 months for the full build to be completed and PlasterPro were subcontracted to render the external walls, install rigid roof insulation and plasterboard internally.
This was a smaller, bespoke development with each of the 3 properties built with a traditional design. It demonstrates our ability to work on projects both large and small while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

The PlasterPro team were extremely proud of the work completed on this project, and more importantly, so was the client. While the property design has more of traditional feel, our rendering helped to provide a clean, modern look.
We used the Weberend MT system that is ideal for either timber or metal framed applications. As a high performance, multi-coated render system it offers a resin-rich adhesive coat, and is suited for environments that experience a range of climate conditions. A webermineral TF topcat was applied to create a beautiful, clean white finish.
