Handley Chase

As part of a beautifully designed new development in the market town of Sleaford, Lincolnshire, we were subcontracted to render the exterior walls of over 50 properties. The site consists of luxury 3, 4 and 5 bedroom detached and semi-detached houses, alongside a selection of standout townhouses. It is one of the most sought after areas to live in Lincolnshire and we were proud to play our part in the construction phase.

The development took 24 months to complete and was finished in 2020. We used Weberpral M as a one-coat external system, which offers a highly durable finish, strong weather resistance and low maintenance for homeowners. It has an A+ Green Guide rating, which is one of the highest sustainable rating available.

Cornfield Meadows

Cornfield Meadows is mixed development of luxury 3 and 4 bedroom homes located in Billinghay, Lincolnshire. PlasterPro were contracted to render the exterior walls of over 30 properties in the development. Each house has been built to a high standard by T. Balfe Construction, with buyers also benefiting from a 10-year Premier Guarantee Warranty, along with a One Year Build Warranty provided by the building company. Our rendering expertise ensured that all of the new builds featured the smooth finish and weather protection needed to provide long-term structural integrity. For this project we used a through colour monocouche one-coat system, which thanks to its fast application met the cost efficiency requirements of the project.

Rivers Edge

Located only 3 miles from the picturesque Georgian market town of Stamford, Lincolnshire is the tranquil village of Great Casterton. Continuing our ongoing partnership with T. Balfe Construction, we were tasked with rending the external walls of over 40 new builds. Rivers Edges is an exclusive gated community built to a very high standard, featuring five, 5-bedroom detached houses, complete with en-suites and turfed and landscaped gardens. Construction took 24 months from start to finish and the project was completed in 2021. Similar to the work carried out on other T. Balfe projects we applied a quality finish using a monocouche render. PlasterPro are approved installers of Weberpal M one coat, which means we are experts in using this product.
